Every Zondo garment has been designed, developed and tested by athletes to ensure that we are providing our customers with sportswear which gives the best possible performance.

For many years our main company, Sports Creative, has been supplying bespoke sportswear and merchandise for sports events, brands and athletes. We accumulated experience and know-how and here we are! In 2013 we launched our new sports brand ZONDO!

 

We aim to satisfy all our customers, which is why we use high-quality materials for our garments and shoes (cotton, silk, wool, polyester, leather etc.) We use the best printing techniques to produce impression on fabrics (sublimation, water print, screen print, embroidery and vinyl printing). We guarantee that our garments are well protected from friction and washing. We assure you, if you buy Zondo products, you are getting your money’s worth.

Before placing an order, you need to create a user profile. When you log in to your account, your personal details are already stored there, so you do not need to re-enter them when placing a new order. You can see your profile, orders and payments details.

 

If you forgot your password, just click the “Forgot my password” link and we will send you an email with information on how to restart your login details. They can also be retrieved directly via email.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order even if it hasn’t shipped due to logistical issues. Your order is processed immediately.

 

Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons. The most common reason for a cancelled order is that it is no longer in stock. We strive to deliver all our customer orders but on occasion we have issues with our stock levels.

Once your order is placed, it is immediately in our system and cannot be changed. Although, you can’t change your order once it is placed, you can return any product using our Return Policy.

 

You may return your Zondo purchase within 30 days from receipt for a full refund at the following address: 457 Chester Road, Manchester, M16 9HA, United Kingdom.

If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, Zondo cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Clothing returns can only be accepted if the original label/ swing tag has not been removed.

 

Zondo does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.

 

The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control, although once we do receive your return we will process it as quickly as possible. We therefore need to allow at least 14 days to receive and process your return. Although Zondo will refund the money within 2 days after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund and for it to reach your account. We’ll notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned product(s). We’ll refund the value of the product(s) total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

 

For Zondo, the quality of our products is very important. We are testing all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.

Returned products are inspected by our team and refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product is returned to you. We do not refund products:

– Obtained from a source other than the Zondo online shop.

– Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).

– Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.).

Please note the life expectancy of any Zondo product depends on the individual using of the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Zondo products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.

You can pay for your items either by debit/credit card or via a PayPal account.

Once, we’ve received the payment we will process your order and proceed with delivery.

 

We are sorry but it is not possible to place orders via the phone or our customer service.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Standard Shipping is 2-5 business days.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding the weekends and Public Holidays. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Please note our office is closed on the following date(s): 25th & 26th December 2014, 1st January 2015, 3rd & 6th April 2015, 4th & 25th May 2015, 31st August 2015, 25th & 28th December 2015.

For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 1 – 2 business days.

 

Chest: Measure around the fullest part, across bust points, keeping the tape horizontal.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Sizing: Please note all sizes are based on the average height of women (5’4” / 1m66) and men (5’10” / 1m77).
